  This funeral home refused my condolence arrangement due to the fact that I chose to use a different company aside from their local flower shop. I am extremely embarrassed that my friend did not get to have what I sent her after the passing of her loved one. It is appauling to me, if you have one funeral that day, then the arrangement obviously belongs to that deceased and their loved ones. This is not good business, I will make sure that Providence Funeral Home is reported as well as Taylor floral co. I send flowers it doesnt matter who makes them, what matters is that they are taken with love for the deceased.....
